This website presents projects that were carried out under the auspices of civil society organizations that have ceased operations in Belarus. Currently, the process is underway to create a new NGO that will be able to legally organize these projects.

The activities of an unregistered public association are criminally punishable under Article 193-1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus (“Organization of the activities of an extremist group or participation in it, or organization of the activities of an illegal public association or participation in it”).

Bicycle Politics

After a coalition of Socialist, Green and Communist Parties swept to power in Paris, the city was transformed into a top ranked cycling city.

The ultimate long-term goal of the newly formed NGO is to duplicate the successful Paris political model.
